Adam has over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, having worked at top gyms like Ultimate Performance.
He first launched his own bootcamp business, The Barn Bootcamp, but soon realised it wasn’t the right model to scale. That’s when he reached out to us for help in transitioning to an SGPT model.
We know that without the right business model, scaling is almost impossible.
Before building Adam’s new SGPT brand – The Barn Gym – we made sure his model was solid. Once everything was ironed out, we launched his new SGPT business. Within the first week, he had sold 50 places and was well on track to reaching capacity at his first facility.
Fast forward 12 months, and Adam had the opportunity to expand – not just to one new location, but two!
To make this possible, we ensured his brand was as strong as it could be. We developed his website, implemented HAMPER Lead Manager – our very own CRM – and put together a strategic launch plan for The Barn Gym South and The Barn Gym North.
The Barn Gym continues to grow with them now opening a fourth personal training gym in Cambridge, in just over 12 months.
